Commercial Waste Water Treatment Solutions

Commercial SolutionsOur commercial solution for waste water treatment is especially useful for isolated communities and other projects not connected to municipal sewage treatment systems.

Foreign particles are filtered, so it is like using normal water, but without having to pay again, while also doing something effective for the environment.

Furthermore, once integrated into your existing plumbing, the system operates seamlessly, so the only difference you will notice is on your water bill.

Commercial SolutionsOur Systems

We provide a range of standard greywater recycling systems that can deal with a capacity of
10m3/ day.

Higher capacities are also available on demand. The Systems can be installed underground, above ground or in containers for mobility.

Treatment process

Treatment TanksOur Treatment Processes are mostly biological. Bacteria digest the contaminants in specially designed tanks - that means:

No bad smells! and No Chemicals!

Chlorine is added to the water to keep it clean before reuse.

Return on Investment

For our standard systems, in areas where water has a high cost, typical Return on investment time is around 2 years or below (depending on system capacity).

Grey Water Recycling can reduce total water consumption by more than 60%. Operating costs are the lowest in the industry:

Maintenance is very minimal (inspection once a per month/ maintenance once every 3 months)
No Chemicals except chlorine tablets (legal requirement)
no filters that need replacing
even electrical consumption is very low - less than 1KWh/ m3 of water recycled

Maintenance

... is minimal with weekly checks of the system operation and water quality tests, tank clean up and recharge of chlorine tablets every 3 months.

Facts about Water

...about 65% of indoor home water use occurs in bathrooms. Toilets are the single greatest water user. Only about 10% of our home water supply is used in the kitchen and as drinking water.

...UNESCO has predicted that by 2020, water shortage will be a serious worldwide problem.

...around 80% of the earth's surface is covered in water. 97% of this is salt water, 2% is made up of glaciers. That leaves less than
1% as fresh water
.

Advantages of Recycling

...reduces the stress on the environment.

...saves money, as there is less consumption
from usual water sources (in hot countries water
is often transported by trucks) and there is also
less water to dispose of (again high costs if
sewage is transported by truck)

...can enable extension of facilities without
requiring upgrade of water supply and sewage
systems (no more overflowing of sewage systems)
